Cancel or modify a reservation
Have your booking reference number ready from your confirmation email. You can cancel an entire booking or remove individual dates from a multi-day stay — refunds are calculated automatically based on our cancellation policy.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans change. Our policy is designed to be as guest-friendly as possible while protecting our ability to rebook rooms at a small, four-room property. We charge the full cost of your stay up front and offer generous refund windows — with a 10% refund fee on all cancellations to cover processing charges.
Standard refund schedule (Nov 16 – May 31)

Peak season refund schedule (June 1 – Nov 15)

Processing fees
- A 10% refund fee applies to every cancellation to cover payment processing charges and is deducted from the refunded amount.
- Refunds, when issued, are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Modifications, no-shows & damages
- Date changes are subject to availability and may result in a rate adjustment.
- No-shows are charged the full reservation amount with no refund.
- Guests are responsible for any damage to the room or property; your card is saved securely at the time of payment and damages may be charged to it.
- The Mustang Inn reserves the right to cancel a reservation for policy violations or misrepresentation; in such cases only the refund fee is retained.
